I have found yet another product that is eco-friendly and very cute! O’BON! They have a range of school and office supplies from pencils, to notebooks, to folders all made from recycled and earth-friendly materials. Yet all still stylish looking.
They have folders made from recycled cardboard with a single flap inside for storing your papers.
If you need journals or paper for school, they have those as well. With beautifully designed covers. These journals are made from recylced sugarcane pulp.
If you’re looking for art pencils or colored pencils they even have those. Each pack contains 10 different pencils made from newspaper and graphite.
My toddler had the chance to try out the Wildlife colored pencils. Also made from recycled newspaper.
These are very nice pencils and the patterns on them are fun and enticing for a toddler! She couldn’t wait to rip them out of the package. While sharpening them, you could see the layers of old recycled newspaper. All of the pencils sharpened to a nice point without excessive sharpening. She has used them over and over again without any problems or breaks.
Each pencil in this series is beautifully designed with a specific wildlife animal in mind. For example, the green pencil has the name ‘turtle’ written on it with a turtle shell printed down the outside. They truly are unique and much more interesting and fun then a plain set of colored pencils.
