Back to School with Lysol

With the start of a new school year I know I can expect many things…

New teachers, new classes, new friends and new (and more) germs.  It seems like my kids always have more illness once the school year begins.  I’m always afraid my kids will pick up some unwanted bacteria or germs at school and bring them home to share with us.  I know I can never prevent every illness, but I like to do my best to try.  I like my oldest kids to wash their hands as soon as they get home and all of my kids to wash throughout the day.  If they cough, sneeze, use the bathroom or whatever, I gently encourage them to wash their hands.

Lysol No-Touch Hand Soap System

I know I’ve talked about my love for the Lysol No-Touch Hand Soap System before.  It makes hand washing fun for my kids.  I now have one in my bathroom and kitchen so there is always easy access to one.  It makes a perfect fit in my kitchen.  The kids love the fun of not having to touch the soap dispenser.

Lysol Disinfecting Wipes – Dual Action

Another germ-fighting product that I love are the Lysol Disinfecting Wipes.  These wipes are pretty good for all-purpose cleaning.  One side is textured with fibers to help in tough scrubbing jobs.  The other is soft for ordinary wiping. I really use these for everything.  I wipe down door handles, phones and other items my kids might get their grubby little school-germ-ridden hands on.  I also like to use them in the kitchen to scrub down the counters and stove after spilling raw eggs, meat and other foods on them.

Since these wipes kill 99.9% of bacteria, I know that I am doing the best job that I can at keeping my family healthy.
