Ask Lysol Your BBQ Safety Questions

When I think of summer I think of many memories.  I think of vacations and trips to the lake or pool and the occasional BBQ.  I can never and will never be able to grill a hamburger (or anything for that matter) as well my dad can.  I think my mouth is watering just thinking about the juicy seasoned perfection of his grilled hamburgers.

I know firing up the grill is a favorite pastime for many people once the whether warms up.  So, how do you keep your grill clean and safe to eat off of over and over again?  Do you know with 100% certainty that the food you are serving off your grill is safe for your family and friends to eat?  If not, you’re in luck! Once a month, Lysol health experts hold a live chat where you can ask questions about a particular topic. This month’s “Lysol’s Ask an Expert” chat topic is: Fighting Germs while Cooking and BBQing!  The chat will be held on Thursday, July 21st at 2:00 pm EST. You can watch the chat directly right here:

And if you can’t make the chat, you can still visit their Facebook page and ask your question (and you’ll get a chance at a $50 AMEX gift card!) then come back later to hear Lysol’s head microbiologist, Joe Rubino answer your questions.
